Official Rules, Regulations and Entry Information

I. PROCEDURES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter the Sweepstakes for the chance to win a free Your Baby Can Read Early Learning Kit, complete the entry form page or send your submission in writing on an 8 1/2 X 11 piece of paper and mailing (with postage paid) along with your name, address, telephone number and age to Your Baby Can Read, LLC Manufacturing Company, Attention: Marketing Department/JM, 1958 Kellogg Avenue , Carlsbad, CA 92008 (limit one entry per person). Misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible, defaced, late or postage-due entries are void. Entry constitutes acceptance of all rules.

All submissions are subject to the terms of these rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Your Baby Can Read, LLC reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.

II. ELIGIBILITY

1. Sweepstakes open to all legal residents of any of the fifty (50) states of the U.S.A. who have reached the age of 18 by May 1, 2008. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Only those entries received between May 1 - 31, 2008 are eligible. All entries must be postmarked and received by midnight (PST) May 31, 2008 to qualify. Directors, officers, volunteers, dealers, employees, and their relatives (by blood or marriage), of Your Baby Can Read, LLC or their advertising and sweepstakes agencies, are not eligible.

2. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and release and hold Your Baby Can Read, LLC and its owners, members, parent company, dealers, affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from any and all liability or injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or the prize won.

III. ENTRIES AND PRIZE

1. One (1) entry will be randomly selected by June 10th, 2008. Odds of winning depends on number of entries. One (1) Early Learning Kit with an approximate retail value of $129.00 will be awarded to the random winner . Your Baby Can Read, LLC will arrange for no-charge delivery to the address stated on the winner's entry form. Cash cannot be substituted for the prize, and it is non-refundable.

Prize winner will be notified by mail or email at the address indicated on the entry. Your Baby Can Read, LLC is not responsible for any late or misdirected award notices or responses. If the prize notification letter or email is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be chosen. In the event an entrant purchases the same Early Learning Kit (ISBN# 978-1-60379-0017)within the month of May and is randomly selected as the winner of the sweepstakes, Your Baby Can Read, LLC may issue a cash refund of the original purchase price, if requested.

IV. ADDITIONAL RULES

1. For the name of the winner, (available after June 10, 2008) send a stamped, self-addressed envelope which includes your name, address and telephone number to Your Baby Can Read, LLC Attention: Marketing Department JM, 1958 Kellogg Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008. Your Baby Can Read, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or cancel this Sweepstakes in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. Your Baby Can Read, LLC is not responsible for (a) any injury or damage to participant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for this Sweepstakes or (b) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of Your Baby Can Read, LLC to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Decisions of Your Baby Can Read, LLC are final in all matters.
