At the end of the 30 day trial period, if you're as pleased with the program as we believe you'll be, do nothing and your credit card will be conveniently charged 2 easy payments of $67.50, billed each 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of receipt, contact our customer service department at ybcservice@yourbabycan.com to arrange for a return authorization and a refund of your $14.95. Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving return authorization. All refunds will be in the amount of the product price only. No further charges will be billed to you. Processing and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Reading is a highly individualized skill and each child's performance will vary. Reading skills of babies and toddlers will differ from those of older children.
Typically babies between 10 and 23 months of age who use the YBCR program for at least seven months will learn to recognize words in the program.
